Xexes Adobral

Xexes Adobral was the inventor of the Atomic Kite, a weapon responsible for millions of deaths. He was a founding member of the secret nuclear research society, Known as The Whitelight Circle whose members included prominent politicians in The Tykyrrian Military Parliament. 
It was by his authority as well as a significant portion of military Parliament that The War of Bloodied Feathers was begun. Viewed by Faerielites as a bloodthirsty godslayer and by many Tykyrrians as a subversive authoritarian who ignored the democratic apparatus, few on Wyndelkynd have kind words to say about this man.
