Charge of Mutiny on Riven Martell

Let it be known by the authority of Grand Imperial Admiral Theophorus IV that Riven Martell is hereby charged with mutinous acts, murder, theft, assault and disloyalty.
Below is statement by Second Navigator Iago Rose:
Riven Martell declared mutiny aboard the Sea Prince, leaving port before scheduled departure.  When Riven found that First Mate, Adous Hesh and Second Navigator Iago Rose were aboard, he demanded they join his mutiny.  When they refused treason, FM Hesh and SN Rose were bound and cast into the sea.  SN Rose escaped his bonds and swam himself and FM Hesh to shore, but FM Hesh was pronounced dead upon examination.  SN Rose reported the mutiny and theft to port authorities, then arranged passage for himself and remaining crew aboard the DIN Delos, where he reported mutiny to the Imperial Navy.
Sea Prince owner, Captain Gera Martell confirmed theft of the ship and requested warrant for return.  The Martell Shipping and Transport have offered a bounty of 100 OG for the return of Sea Prince.
Sea Prince is a two mast brigantine, fitted with four guns, though powder is limited.
Riven Martell is considered to be dangerous.  Civilians are advised to report all sighting of the Sea Prince to the Imperial Navy.
