The Icehands

The Icehands are a militia force based in Shodan'Qi . They are highly loyal to the city, their ranks pulled almost exclusively from former members of the City Watch. While rare, adventurers from the surrounding area may be admitted if a member of the Icehands is willing to sponsor the prospective applicant.
