Rayne is a sea elf man, a rare sight around here, he is well versed in smithing. He is from Misttide, but never has much to say about that. This blacksmith works on the highest quality metals and can make some of the most beautiful weapons and armor. His store is not stocked as everything is made on demand. He can work with wizards to enchant armor to be magical.
