LightGlen (Light-glenn)
A military city, many of the military for the Luminous empire. There are not really shops here where you can buy things, but there are repair shops for weapons and armor.
They are constantly fighting for control of the shimmering bay, and have a navy outpost here. Their ships are made of healing wood and are reinforced with a giant lotus flower which is very durable for sails.
