This area is a relatively flat expanse of icy plains. The area here shifts colors, it is not clear what the rhyme or reason is. It is known that it is done by Crescent, Color of the Tundra. Some areas have grass cover, while others are just snow. The grass here is Windrazor, so the party must be careful. These plains are stalked by dangerous predators, and the biting wind can take down the party on its own.
