Cesar is a human man in his late 50s, though his short, broad build and thick beard suggest some recent dwarven ancestry. There is some silver within his well-kept beard, but the flowing hair on his head is still perfectly jet-black. His velvet coat and cape are elaborately trimmed with goldwork, and he is never seen without his beloved white tiger familiar on its diamond-studded collar and leash.
