Classifications of Sorcerers

Magic is a complex element of the world, flowing through many living beings. Due to this, the naming for those who use Magic has grown complex -- final rationalized by the forthcoming Sorcerer's Federation of Sel. There are 3 tiers, 6 types, and 9 classes of sorcerers. Though many names are seen in all three, they have a different meaning based on context.   A tier is considered the overarching classification, though it is rarely used. Types are used to hone down where possible, allowing tiers to be broken apart. Classes are what is considered the classification of a sorcerer, as they are as specific as necessary. Some tiers or types may also be classes, though it is not uncommon for them to have a different meaning in that case.

Tiers

The tiers of the classification system are used in general terms, allowing the immediate identification of origination of a sorcerer. Commonly, there are three tiers included in the system; this consists of Academic, Common, and Low. Each of these terms get carried down through both types and classes of Sorcerers.
