Phobos

Mars' biggest moon was converted into a waystation and depot for moving people and resources to and from the Martian surface. Lately, Phobos' facilities have been almost completely commandeered for military use to support war efforts on the Martian surface. Today the Phobos Tactical Operations Station spans almost the entire surface of the moon.
