Sled
Not to be confused with a Booster Sled
A sled is a type of Skiff that does not have seats for passengers, and is instead intended for ferrying cargo or some form of equipment payload. Sleds are usually smaller than passenger skiffs. Though sleds do not have seats, many sleds have handholds and running boards so that personnel in EVA suits can grab onto the sled during transport.
A notable sled type is the Missile Sled, which is designed as a remote launching platform for antiship missiles. It is one of the few examples of skiffs that are weaponized by design.
