Bart is the owner of the Pittance, a rival tavern to the The Spiky Kelp. Quite aged, he prefers to have diverse customers no matter their species rather than the scallywags roaming the northern districts. A brave Human , but disturbingly bitter about his lack luck.
It is said that Bart knew John Edge, the mightiest man alive. when he was a kid and that his relationship is the reason why damage to the Pittance is limited even when John is on a bad mood and starts a fight inside of it. But the broken furniture still tortures Bart's spirit as even stone chairs and tables cannot weather the Mad Hero's rage.
