The ruling Count of Validurias. A nervous lad looking to secure and expand his influence over the Rossan-Valid Dukedom. He is the son and heir of the dearly missed Duque Raphael de Santos who barely had time to educate him. Dalgon greatly despises Duke Gedric de Nostagi, his liege and uncle-in-law, and is all too eager to put sticks in his wheels on many occasions. Gedric's expedition into Carsil is one particular opportunity for the young noble to exploit.
Dalgon is an apt diplomat and continually adresses the Apostoli and Dentra Dukedoms behind closed doors for their support. He is also a scholar who exchanges many letters with fellow sages, notably Franc Ecart who despite being younger has incredible insights on many things scientific and magic. It seems Dalgon acquired strange concoctions from Franc in recent months, but what they contain and what use he has for them is unknown.
