Jean II "Le Revenu" de Fortern

A valiant warrior-king who returned his dynasty to its former home to the north-west of the Eastern Realms. Jean faced and personnaly drowned the descendants of those that exiled his kind with his strong magical abilities. His opponents dead, Jean reinstated the Fortern Kingdom of his forebears.
His mastery of water spells such as Water Skirt was legendary among his peers, letting people believe he had Hero blood and that his line was doubly worthy of the throne. Though called cruel and deceitful by every courts of the Eastern realm, Jean was admired for his bravery, cunning, and dedication to his family's honor. His stewardship and appreciation of past cultures from the Old World revitalised his homeland in what can be called the start of a Golden age.

Dressed himself and his men as a mercenary group hunting dangerous monsters on their way to the Fana Forest, masking his intention of striking the nobles controlling former Fortern territory. Killed many actua monsters on the way to form a reputation.
Executed the guards and members of the rival families with the help of his large retinue. Governed his rising Kingdom for seventeen years before retiring to an island in the eastern coast of the Green Sea where he would die happy.
