King Tolir the Abandonned

A sad figure of Blunterese history. Tolir was a wise High King, sound of mind and body which allowed him to outlast even his own sons. Tolir ruled over a small enclave to the north-east, and it is said much of the method of survival and hygiene of the region directly came from his teachings and reforms. Despite being abandonned, he is much revered in the region and sagas about his story remain popular to this day.
