The capital of the Keratos Empire Empire, the seat of power of the Demon Council and the Demon Emperor that rules over all. It is here the Generals and governors (or their representatives) gather to discuss matters of importance. Tal Shoth is the most populated and prosperous City-State of the realm. Its wealth comes from the volcanic grounds of Mount Ebenos whose fertile soil and precious minerals are easy to exploits.
