Mooru

Mooru started as a sillier slang, or even derogatory, but eventually overcame as the standard name for mostly ovebis and some of a labris minority that inhabited Lainuru-3 during the BPC integration. Though it has since largely been applied to a larger ongoing pact between many ovebis and BPC colonies. While there are minor differences, and likely divisions and other micro-groups among this, this will cover the larger ideals and norms of ovebis from Lainuru-3 and BPC influences.
Mooru tend to be chubbier, more coarse in wool, and have more matriarchal ideals and a socialized support backing. They tend to use clones less, and have dropped most direct democracy, some even able to cite where it 'failed them' when Lainuru-Three went independant from the second.

Culture

Foods & Cuisine

Mooru of the ovebis degree tend to have a different articulation of meat, seeing it as either a vice, a ritual ordeal (must be special and worthy), or have 'purged it' from themselves and see a far more normal routine to simply enjoy only veggies. Roast bugs have become a larger cultural staple, as has beer and sometimes even wine. Labris mooru however still have to sustain themselves with more meat, or meat-like substitutions, and can be found enjoying smaller samples while pastry and sugary goods have largely become dominate filler in their meals. Ovebis have also enjoyed far more chemically modified, and oddly cobbled-together pastry and sandwich options. Items like mayo, honey, beer, jam and fruit preservatives are all considered huge dietary staples intended to be eaten in larger portions. For example, sandwiches with only two pieces of bread have almost been replaced and defaulted to a third piece with some sweet spread intended on it to the degree they debate it 'does not count as a meal or sandwich' with less.

Beauty Ideals

Mooru can vary on small to stronger levels of promiscuous activity, and are bent stronger to sex-positivity and procreating to continue bonds and drives for populating colonies without much of a rational or end-goal idea. Among this they've also changed to be more accepting and even often encouraging of huskier and chubby bodies, expecting many around them to be eating more to express joy or hide regrets, and to be healthier if they're 'fuller' and more gluttonous. Wool quality has been downplayed a bit, but not entirely. They are generally more fine with a cheaper outcome of it, and have a higher virtue of 'not owing' people a better byproduct. In some small circles there's also a larger endorsement to muscle building, and heavy biceps, applying unisexually as one appealing aspect not normally found among ovebis.

Gender Ideals

While varrying wildly, matriarchal senses have been a bit more instilled and can fluctuate on community levels from a greater female leader and female-named clans and leads of collective parenting (not unlike taur herds), but in other cases may simply be stronger respect and reverance for female leaders. There is a more united sense of standard behind the idea that females with higher births and more lambs are thought to be worth greater respect.
