Wobblewaltz
Wobblewaltz are a rylie group that descended from those who flocked to feast and gorge on the easy meals and civil-preying lifestyle of Shwabuua. Akin to the name and culture hosted by the Shwabi, they have largely grown to enjoy spreading the fun of their belly-dancers, and easy and heavy loads of meals and eating. Their name actually comes from this fact, becoming a new distinction around the rising popularity of their belly-dances, but with so much gluttony many dancers were actually growing fat and 'innovating' more slow gelatinous-jiggling moves that invoked the name: A Wobble Waltz. They are very closely linked and often sharing colonies/planets with both the Shwabi, and their imperial equivalence with the Holy Vultures.
Akin to their cultural homeworld, many Wobblewaltz tend to eventually (or even quickly) grow fat, and its not unheard of for even quite a few to end up becoming food themselves. These ryclin are largely connected and spread by the Cossi Growth Crusaders as a number among their ranks. While once a smaller minority, they've actually introduced modded genetics that has females delivering at unusually high-fertility rates and increased offspring, and work almost in tandem with their over-saturated diet to encourage them to multiply alarmingly quick for ryclin. They're also a bit more matriarchal, those closer in Jukvat areas where the empire has started to thrive, actually admire and emulate tauren familial styles a bit more with big-clan matriarchs mothering their way into a small mob power. However less like the later developed Bellasow, this is not absolute and holdouts with firm male-female parents can still be found, especially closer to where the Shwabi have distanced themselves from the empire.
Naming Traditions
Family names
While most ryclin use their birthplace as a surname (Ex: Loola Of Hillberg), WW rylie have largely begun trying genuine surnames and clan identification. Often the females tend to hold stronger identity and unification, trying to vouch for more claim, duty, and responsibility in giving birth and thriving the populace. Some females have outright taken taur-like inspiration, and try to drive a clan based on their childrens from multiple fathers, empowering a special 'clan' over time. A few do still stick to traditional male-female partner units, but still use surnames and try for many, many puppies to have a good headcount, and to more easily reuinite with their family unit or track who is still present in a very hungry and self-eating empire.

Relationship Ideals
Some ryclin hold closer to tradition, but formulate their bond under a surname and married clan mark. Unlike most ryclin relations, the females are more loose and expect to be bred quite often, or even suggest they have a divine purpose to keep life going. Simpler family units may actually end up coming up with a lot of puppies. However, especially more driven across imperial ranges, there's a lot of WWs that have simply undone and moved away from parental formations and a marriage. The heavy, constant feasting, many recreate spots to eat at, and many fat people to eat, has fed a constantly pleasuring culture where males don't really want to settle, and females have grasped a sense of power and reverance to pop-out so many puppies. In such conitions, males never really settle with someone, and females 'hunt' for copulation almost as much as they eat so that they can keep bolstering their influence with endeared offspring.
