Gnome are small tinkerers by natures and live around 100 years. The are interested in any science especially mechanical elements. They construct wonderous elements to make their life easier and solve problems.

Anatomy

Gnomes are often confused with Dwarves  but actually the distinction is quite easy. Gnomes are less sturdy, have larger noses and have never a beard.
