Samudara (Sahm-oo-dahr-ha)
Samudara is a port city at the mouth of the Pyre (pee-rha) Delta on the Bay of the Leviathan. Ruled by the Sky Lord and a point of trade for the nomadic tribes as well as the countries that sail the bay itself, the city is a jewel on the edge of the wastes.

Culture and Religion
There are many large temples devoted to the gods in Samudara. The largest temples offer services under their perview and oftentimes the high priests will advise the king and act as powerful members of his court.- Igreja de Fogo: The largest temple in Samudara, dedicated to Sarkath. The temple grounds host smaller mosques dedicated to the @dev and the temple itself has built many of the grand statues of the kings and Devatas that adorn the city. Any moneylending, banking and trading is overseen by the Firepriests.
- Templo da Beleza: Worshipping the priestesses who run it, Beleza offers entertainment to its guests and oversees all inns, taverns and any means of entertainment including gambling, fighting and courtesans.
- Pathri: Meaning "stone" in Old Vishaalian, those who worship the Zaratan congregate here. Many come to pay their respects to the earth before a journey, give offerings to their ancestors who have rejoined the earth and seek the counsel of the shaman who run the temple.
