The Conclave is the citadel of the Free City of Cymara and home to The Siar Conclave.

The Conclave serves as the fortress of the Siar Conclave and the seat of their power.

Stone Walls, cracking and eroding from the strong sea winds. The Conclave is situated on an Island off the coast of Cymara, with a long bridge connecting it to the mainland.
History
The Conclave was built by the first scholars of The Siar Conclave when they first settled the area that now hosts the Free City of Cymara in 2249 EA. Construction of the Conclave as seen today took over 1000 years, with the citadel being continuously renovated and expanded during the first millenium of its existence.
