Steppe (a.k.a. 'Of the Wind')

Not much is known of the warrior Steppe. Though what is known is that he is an accomplished Head Hunter that does not speak. He is said to be able to strike fast enough that his attacks are not even seen.

Personal history

Steppe was chosen and raised from a young boy after his family and fishing village were slaughtered. He was taken in by a member of the Black Fey and when the Acting Blade Alcontier saw Steppe's disposition, he knew that he would be the perfect person for his plans. Ruul spent time training Steppe personally, for the job personally to hunt those that break the rules of the Black Fey. As well, he is trained as a head hunter of any Black Fey agents who are designated and sentenced to death.
