Granland
During the Great War of Undeath, Emperor Hogan the Wise conquerored the lost Imperial Provinces of Hessmark and Triaus. He created the Grand Imperial Province of Granland and it was made up of all the conquerored Badlands and Hochland.
For centuries Granland maintained the balance in the region, allowing the empire to focus less on the defending against invasions. Although not 100% successful in ending the threat, it was only meant to mitigate the threat and it did so for centuries.
Granland was the largest of the Imperial Province at the time.
Sometime after the Aasimar Conquest, the empire would lose it's influence and power, leading to the dissolving of Granland and the reinstatment of Hochland.
The capital of Granland was the present day capital of Hochland.
