Alt Cross
This bridge was originally built by the Durgol long before the humans utilized it. It sits near Holzek Lodge. It commands a scenic overlook of the Onderaads Meer and the Nord Berkwoud. This bridge is on the only road through this area of the Nord Highpeaks.
Architecture
Despite it's age, the Durgol-carved stone blocks that the bridge is made of is still extremely stable. It is wide enough for two carts side-by-side to pass.
History
It is lost to the annals of time what the Durgol's intent for the bridge was, but by the time the Frisians came to the area and built their lodge, the bridge was already in disrepair.
