Izolat River
This river is the single river flowing through Cardovia that branches off into a few smaller rivers and streams. It flows out of the Cozoroc Mountains on the Western border and cuts all the way across to the coast, where it empties at the Inecapământ swamps. Unlike many of the other regions of Serrus, the Bolsh people are not inclined to do much river trade and they are not known for their sailing prowess, so this river is used mostly as a source of freshwater and a natural barrier separating the many small settlements across the area.
Geography
The water in the river is cold and bleak. It is at its fastest in the Bogat Hills from its origin under Bezna Peak and its slowest when it reaches the Inecapământ swamps at the east coast. It is a fairly wide river and maintains its width for the entirety of its length making crossing at any shallow ford impossible.
