Leibloem

Leiblom's many feature is the series of oyster beds along its shore with the Providence Coast. The waters are filled with these shellfish and the Leiblom oysters can reach massive proportions, some as long as 12 inches. There is an oyster and pearl festival hear each Plentymonth that brings visitors from all around Nordtip and the Greater Margraten Region. The town swells to double its size during this time of year and camps and caravans park anywhere there is room outside of town.

Demographics

Fisherman and shellfish pickers make up a good portion of Leibloem's populace. During festival time the diversity of the town blossoms with all the transients and vacationers entering the area in and around town.

Government

Governed by Baron Oliver Paarlemoer.

Defences

Leibloem has a very small coastal fort on the beach. Even with only two cannons though, it is more than a match for petty smugglers and pirates.

Industry & Trade

Shellfish, pearls, and pearl jewelry are the town's main sources of income and trade. Leibloem pearls are sought after all over Serrus.

Geography

The town sits on a small hill overlooking the Providence Coast. The beach here is long and deep with the waters being calm and naturally suited to harvesting shellfish.

Shellfish and thus, pearls
I am going to travel to Leibloem this year to get my wife a blue-pearl bracelet for her birthday. I've never seen a pearl that color outside of Leibloem.
