Fiera's little sister.  She is the second child born to Ulrich and Tessa.
Talia is quite mischievous and delights in getting into things she is not supposed to.  This is much to the dismay of her parents, who fear her behavior will draw the attention of the Draconians, who have little patience for such things.
Her mischief and trouble-making are often a source of contention between her parents and her aunt, Maeleen, whom her parents blame for the child's strong-willed and wild personality.
Talia idolizes her older sister Fiera and has no greater wish to grow up to be strong and capable like her.
