The Invisible Legion

The Invisible Legion is a sect of forces under Ajax The Invincible  and his Black Iron forces, they are composed of everyone from beggers of the streets of Bettigar Keep to the Noble Trade dukes of Black Coast. They infiltrate everyday life seamlessly and begin forming bonds within their assigned communities quickly. They report back to Mortimer Vellastrix Or Rozad Ciello, the Priest of Ajax's churches on the people of these communities and if they are staying true to the tenants of The Black Iron Pact as is Ajax's will. 
Violators of The Pact usually find themselves in a collar in short time, or worse. A member of the Invisible Legion would rarely if ever reveal themselves as such and are even trained in evading or resisting things like truth spells and potions, their animonity is paramount to their success as a Legionnaire. Therefore, they must not only be subtle in their observation of Violators, but subtle in how they deal with their insubordination as well.
