Kel'Azad kills remaining descendants of the Royal Bloodline, establishes himself as Ruler.

Diplomatic action

An ancient black dragon named Kel'Azad who was thought to be a royal adviser for the Balaste family was actually a polymorphed black dragon, he set the brothers upon each other, and had the current king assassinated. He took the throne of Andrim for himself, claiming the entire country as his horde.

The kingdom was left vulnerable in this time and was taken advantage of, This time by a royal advisor who was hiding amongst the ranks of King Barricks Council. The one who actually carried out the ritual that lead to the death of Barrick, a mystic named Kel'Azad. He used the kingdoms weakness during this time to seize the throne for himself, and when the brothers that remained challenged him in battle for the throne, he revealed himself to be an ancient black dragon, one of the first of his kind, and in that age certianly the oldest. He easily decimated the armies of the brothers united and declared himself ruler of Andrim.   Kel'Azad was a fierce and harsh ruler, and instituted a much higher tax than the royal family ever did. The Colossal Keep was large enough for him to fully stretch out in his Black Dragon form and often held audiences there with people within the kingdom.
