49. "A most evil turtle"

General Summary

• The party identified the home of Clyde Cano and investigated. 
• They discovered many weird symbols and runes, a couple of imp's and books on ritual summoning. After a brief skirmish they entered the basement of the home, defeated an impish ambush and discovered a tunnel leading to a portal built under the lake. 
• Through the portal the party discovered Salazar the merciless in their bottle, next to a strange summoning circle and Clyde- now transformed into a demonic creature.
• After failing to negotiate with Clyde, Ashtyn cast polymorph and turned Clyde into a turtle. The party grabbed Salazar and Clyde and headed back to the Central School of magic. 
• Here they returned to Professor Agnes Washbourne  and Professor Samson Click  and presented all they had found. 
• Washbourne took Clicks pet turtle Flussy and switched its consciousness with Clyde, before shrinking clyde's body. When Clyde reverted to a demon it was tiny and had the mind of Flussy the turtle, this left the party in possession of a small snapping turtle with the mind of a demon of the outer realms.
• The party returned to the crystal castle to sleep.
