Irrearbor

Irrearbor is the capital city of the kingdom of Irreabor in the Western Heartlands. The kingdoms territory, although vastly diminished, stretches from the Forest of Sharp Teeth to the west, through to the Reaching wood in the east. North From the Green Fields to the River Chlonthar. Irreabor is a proud and powerful nation ruled by a traditional monarchy with strict codes, traditions and religious practices. Irreabor fancies itself a kingdom of "the old world"- with provenance dating back to the spell plague. The royal family are humans, with a prevalence of elves at various junctures. The city is defended by a strong military known as "The shield of Irreabor" and the infamous Knights of the Eternal Order - a order of knights in the service of Kelemvor the god of the dead; who has a large following in Irreabor. The current lord of Irreabor is Queen Malfius Linderman.
