In Marsember if a job could be privatised or outsourced then there was an organisation who made money from it. And Bailiffs and Overseers Federated plied one of the most lucrative trades in the city. Essentially hired thugs for the other guilds they were often referred to as the ‘Boffs’, though they preferred the term Resource Reclamation Officers. If you had debts that needed collecting, overdue members fees or a turf war that needed ending then the Boffs were the guild for the job. A powerful organisation they stayed on good terms with the Jincarna but often played both sides when it came to local Guild disputes.
