Crook Point

Crook Point is the largest settlement on the island of Ulmassa . it serves as the islands major port. It is usually a fairly sleepy town if a little rough around the edges. The rule of law does not exactly envelope Crook Point- it is far from the jurisdiction of any city guard and is only of interest to the major cities of the Sea of Dragons when there rich nobles holiday there for its particular "services". Services that may benefit from being outside the rule of law.
