Night Masks

The Night Masks are the shady clan of Westgate dwarves who rule the Night Mask keep and Westgate. They oversee all goings on in the city and rule with an iron fist. They control all the wealth and its members live in the impenetrable keep above Tidetown. Only Westgate dwarves are permitted as members. Rumours surround the organization... suggesting it has some occult interference.
