Watchmen's Alliance

The largest of the cities pseudo nationalized guard organizations- gifted one of Marsembers two fortresses as a means to legitimacy. "The Turtle Keep" sits on the mouth of the River Suvail, and is the headquarters of the Watchmen's Alliance. Named for the dragon turtle that once ruled the river. They Are largely responsible for the guarding of Marsembers walls and foreign outposts.
