Dekka

The Dekka Fortress was originally built during the Dawn War. During the height of the counter offensive that the mortals of Osserea were waging on the undead. The Emperor of the Dynasty at the time had died, with the roll open, Sehanine led the nation in its attacks. Before the position was filled, multiple military bases and outposts were opened to protect the mortal races. Dekka was one of the first built to help with naval shipments.

In the years since the Era of Prosperity started, Dekka fortress has been used primarily for training the most elite soldiers of the imperial army into Samurai. The top ranking members of those ranks are granted passage into ranks beyond that such as Shimin, the highest ranking title allowed for their soldiers. The position is not a simple one to achieve however. Tasks are laid out for each member trying to achieve this rank, most requiring them to travel the globe and prove themselves worthy.

On the side of its military purpose, Fort Dekka operates as a trading post. With more room for larger ships and vessels than Quavey, they also offer business with trading companies such as The Iron Alliance and The Silk Road . Being one of the few trade companies capable of selling things to the elves of Olyne Elunore makes dealings with them expensive, but worth the rare materials they offer.
