Lago
Lago is a small, strange land, about which little is known but much is suspected. It has been permanently scarred and warped by magical fallout, and is avoided by most travelers. Some of the fringes of the land are almost habitable, but the sections deeper in are a twisted mess of warped creatures and plants, where roads don’t always go forward and trees don’t always grow up. Lago has few inhabitants, and no formal ruler or leadership structure.
Near the center of Lago lie the underground ruins of the Lost Library of Biblius, epicenter of one of Lago's first great magical calamities. Biblius was a demigod of Natanis who created his great library around 1000RM to accumulate and store all the knowledge of the world. His eventual fall to hubris and madness forced the library deep underground, killing and/or warping any within, and filling its now ruined halls with strange and unpredictable magic. The ruins of the library were rediscovered by Osborne's Misfits in 4999AG.
