Rura City

Rura City is the capital of the Azure Kingdom. The city is large and cosmopolitan and is known for its impressive and colorful architecture. Many of the buildings are constructed of magically enchanted stone, which is permeated by a variety of colors. Civic architecture includes wide promenades and shade trees, particularly in wealthier areas. The poorer parts of town are more ramshackle and clustered closer together.
The harbor takes up much of the east side of the city and has been retrofitted in recent years to better accommodate seagoing vessels. 
Government buildings and the houses of the elite populate the northern quarter of the city.
The Main Bazaar is a historic market in the center of the city. It mainly handles small-scale individual sales as larger and wholesale trade happens in teh harbor district.
Just outside the city is the Arcane Lyceum, a prestigious school of magic.
