Teclad

Teclad lies to the south of the Azure Kingdom on the Western Continent. It is ruled by its Board of Governors, a council of nine noble houses who take it in turns to serve as first among equals every three years following a regular cycle.
The capital of Andarax on the south west coast has a population of approximately 50,000.
