Introduction

Thus Windburn

Sir Grindwald Thus Windburn is a Flame (Lieutenant) of theof the Flaming Fists . He is loud, messy, and although he means well, he can sometimes be insulting. He is one of the better swordsmen in the Flaming Fists and trains constantly to defeat his rival and reluctant friend Sir Luke John. Thus Windburn focuses on honing his swordsmanship and improving his strength. He believes that through dangerous missions and reckless aggression he will get stronger and definitively become stronger than Sir Luke John.

Luke John

Sir Luke John is also a Flame of the Flaming Fists. He is neat, reserved, and tries as hard as possible to support others instead of stealing the spotlight. He is also a swordsmen in the Flaming Fists, but he focuses more on tactics, stratagem, and speed rather than on "brute strength" like his rival Thus Windburn. Sir Luke John accepts dangerous missions so he can protect others from the danger. Although he pretends to be disinterested with Thus Windburns demands for duels to prove who is better, he secretly longs for Thus Windburn to recognize him as an equal and trains constantly to best him.

His Journey to the Underdark

After a mission in the Serpent Hills went poorly, he found himself wandering the High Moor North-East of Baulders Gate. Unknown to him, he changes form from Thus Windburn to Sir Luke John depending on the situation and also has magical abilities. While wandering, he ran into Yount Haldor. The two traveled for a few months before finding an entrance to the Underdark. Thus Windburn felt a pull into it's depths and convinced Yount to travel with him. While in the Underdark the two were captured by Drow and put into their slave trade. Fraught with bad Dreams and strange cell mates, Thus/Luke set off on his Adventure in the Underdark

The first duel Thus Windburn and Sir Luke had resulted in Sir Luke winning decisively. Prior to that, Thus Windburn was one of the most promising swordsmen in the Flaming Fists

He is afraid of the Grand Duke of the Flaming Fists and will act very seriously around him
He has an inscription on his sword sheath in Infernal. It is the motto of the Windburn School of Swordsmanship
When he first started as a mercenary, he wasn't as kind or forgiving as he is now... But he passion for treasure remained
He is CONVICED the most valuable loot is only acquired from the most dangerous journeys. Or in the bottom of a hole

Sir Luke John

He is an avid reader of Poetry. He has even written a few poems of his own. 
Fearing he wouldn't do anything useful in life, Sir Luke ran from his family's estate to become a mercenary
He loves jasmine tea and will drink that every morning when given the chance
He once tricked Thus Windburn into thinking a vial of Yak's pee was a potion. Thus Windburn vowed to never drink a potion again.
