Headmaster

Qualifications

Not only must an individual prove themselves to be a master of their studied magic, but must also be a proven tactician capable of making intelligent decisions in stressful scenarios. This is usually tested using a series of rigorous trials.

Appointment

An individual is appointed to the role of Headmaster after the previous Headmaster has either passed away or stepped down from their position. The appointment is voted on by the individual's peers as well as other leadership within the organization.

Responsibilities

The Headmaster is charged with overseeing appointments of members throughout the realm as well as going over reports of different magic users (both with and without licence) to determine whether or not they pose any threat. In addition, the Headmaster sees to relieving other leadership within the League if they become too overwhelmed.
