Honorarium Chamber

Found deep within the Disember Inn, so deep that not even the Cult of Zeminek is aware of its existence, is the Honorarium Chamber. It was designed to be the place to celebrate bonding with the Horn of Mezkeni, the climax of the Linking of the Horn ceremony, and a place so full of magic that one could not help but be linked to the horn if one was so inclined.
In olden days, when the Inn was less of a bogeyman story and more of a normal feature of life, this chamber was actually the pinnacle of a tall tower, also the Inn but in a different form, and it was a place much admired for its architectural sensibilities.
Now it is still rather an architectural marvel, but more in the sense that it still has the same grand airy feel despite being at the hidden bottom of the concealed basement of a building that is mostly in an alternate dimension. The lighting scheme is warm and inviting, a soft subtle glow around the edges, and the ambiance is elegant and bright.
This is probably at least partially why the room was so carefully locked away, even more so than the Horn itself. It's such a nice place to be that the people who held the Inn before the Cult took it over knew that this would be a great coup and so they concealed it.
Hopefully once the Horn comes to a proper owner once again, the Inn and the Chamber will be able to be displayed properly once again.
