Qualifications

There are no qualifications needed to be a Provider. There are different levels and elements to being a Provider, and all that someone needs to do is choose that life path.

Career Progression

When a person chooses the Provider pathway as part of the Path Choosing ceremony, they start as a Sorter, working in the Gatherer's Holdings to sort through, organise and deliver the goods which are brought in by the Collector under the direction of the Collectors.
Next, a person may choose to progress on to being a Searcher, someone seeking out the items which need to be collected, highlighting their location and reporting back to the Gatherer.
Those who choose to can then progress on to being a Gatherer, someone who gathers the highlighted items, whether they be foods, materials or other produce.
Collector then makes sure that the goods get delivered to the Gatherer's Holdings, and that they get from the Gatherer's Holdings to wherever they need to be.

Perception

Purpose

Providers are responsible for ensuring that the people of the community have the goods that they need, whether this is collecting fruits and vegetables, herbs and medicinal ingredients, or whether this is collecting the more practical materials which are required by the Grifters in other areas.
