Session XIX: City of Glass II

General Summary

Central District

They woke up in The Gilded Gorgon and went to finish their quest - exterminate competion. They've went to their house and butchered every single one of them. They covered all their tracks by cutting heads of and drawing bloodied satanical symbols to direct attention elsewhere. They were paid for this job and told that they've satisfied the requirements and will be called upon when needed for more tasks.
After that they went to play the fragment game - Delivery Race, where they had to drive one of three types of vehicles to finish and they had to be in top 5 out of 10 contestants.

Icelake

They were welcomed by Puck - nixie who told them everything what they wanted to her about Icelake as well about their fragment game - Tresure hunt, where you must dive into below-ice-cold water and find as many treasures as you can before freezing to death. They also added simple riddles to the larger and more rewarding treasures.
Nixies also told them about their 'Ooze' issue which they would love to get help with.

Coral District

Then they've went to Coral District, where Kai met Elefal Izumi, leader of Coral Watch. He offered her to show her how the artifact looks like if they heal their corals for him - they agreed. But at this time - they found out that Kai is unable to reach her god's powers and feel his presence. They were confused why this happened and started to investigate and backtrack everything for a while. Then they found out - because of the innocent they've killed just for bag of gold in Central District. They went to Duner "Molten One"Karazath to seek guidance as he already told them once in Ale District that he almost lost his oath twice. He told Kai its nothing big if that happened first time and that she will get forgiven if she shows her pity to her god - which she did in the temple of Persana, god of Tritons, in City of Glass.
Meanwhile, while Kai seek retribution, the rest of Eso Dies went to fix the Corals which Kai needed. They've started to repair it, while few sharks came - they've crushed them fast - but then, they've noticed large shadow in distance closing. Megalodon. They've drawn by their magic Megalodon. Borygen tried to hold him off, but this large beast swallowed him whole. Then the battle in darkness started - they've tried to stall, attack it, paralyzed it but the monster couldn't be stopped. After long and exhausting fight, the City started shooting with their cannons on the Megalodon, which forced him to retreat and they were able to finish the reparations.
Then they've went to temple of Persana to wait for Kai - which came back. They went to Elefal for his part of the agreement - which he hold up to and showed them The Artifact Kai was looking for.

Alcazar

Then they've visited Alcazar, luxurious district with delegation of Ribbakuz The Awesome. He told them there isn't many shops special to Alcazar, but their are aggregate of all others and can buy here expensive decorations, companions and improvements of their mansions. If they seek interesting work they can visit Shah's Palace. He also told them about some smaller task - about Heist of Leviathan's Bones. They later investigated a little bit about the heist itself and found out it was created by custom spell with pretty expensive components.
However, the fragment game in Alcazar is more complex then anywhere else. They've tried to find out what the game is and they succeeded later in the Adventurer's Guild House, where they were able to found out that there is some number of places or people you must visit and tell them some specific keyword, then they'll give you a coin. When you have the correct amount of coins, you can go to Ribbakuz and tell him you've completed the game. But if you have wrong number of coins, you are out.
They've managed to find the first one - in Adventurer's Guild House. You had to win one game of Legends of the Realm card game. Darian tried it and won his first game in life - which was right the second game in his life. He came to the barkeep and said "Jalal", which was the keyword Borygen and Kai found out before. He game Darian a coin, 5.000 gold and 50% discount on any card packs he buys here.
Then, they've spend thousands of golds and hours on openning card packs to find the cards they've wanted to their deck.
