Session XXI: Citadel of Ten-Thousand Pearls

General Summary

Eso Dies left their ship and travelled to Citadel of Ten-Thousand Pearls. They've found the citadel completely corrupted and consumed by Void, even the waters around. All five levels of the citadel were completely lost except few parts that were protected by magic - however even those were later consumed as adventurers opened them to see whats inside. They've fought Void Golems - previously Coral Golems that were protecting the Citadel but were corrupted as well. During their exploration of the citadel, they've visited the Dreamplane where each one of them, except Amelia and Darian lost some of their memory and find Dreamweaver's Cloak.
They've fought two Spreaders and many other Void Monsters that took residence in the citadel. But most powerful of them was Great Padisha - ruler of the citadel, current holder of second Timestone. They've also met some figure with large Dragon with him - rider on Void Dragon. He spoke with Great Padisha and when adventurers arrived to the top level of the citadel, he teleported away.
They've fought against Great Padisha who was completely insane and it proved a tough fight, very close one and they came victorious mostly because of immense luck on their side. They were almost teleported to Void and Borygen even died at the end, but was quickly ressurected by Kai.
They found Coral Crown of Dominance - corrupted artifact that is said to be one of few that makes the wielder of all Master of Plane of Water, but having more than one at a time is forbidden by goddess Istishia who allowed making it.
They've also found large vault with immense wealth but Void corruption prevented them from taking it all, so they've took several pearls, relics and Belt of Cloud Giant Strength and small figurine that allows summoning Nightmare for a day.
Then they've found Nexus - large core of Citadel's protection, which also contained ability to Gate to any Inner Plane or Material Plane. So they've used it to gate to Material Plane, but before the Gate could finish casting, they were attacked by Void Conqueror. They've managed to defeat him, but Borygen received Mark of Conquest, which will make him more vunerable next time they meet Void Conqueror.
They also asked Spider to cleanse the Coral Crown for them and he sent Waesnan Ustromirrenn to retrieve it.

Castle

When they managed to Gate to Prime, they found themself in Jungles of Chult. They wondered for a few days in here but after that they found out that without someone with survival skill, they won't find a way.
So they've teleported to their Castle and organized large party, where they invited some of their friends - Bhaal leader ( previous owner of the castle ), their Ogre friend from Venoth'ziscah and they also wanted to invite their friends from Fatharik, but it was too far away and Fatharik don't have Teleportation Circle.
They organized large party where 200 goblins came alongside with their Bhaal leader, orcs from their castle, Arganinax and many more - they also invited bards.
They've started to make fun of goblins and making them beat themself or even kill among themself.
During their time in the Castle, they also felt enormous earthquake that was probably felt across whole Al'takar, maybe even further.
