A Summoner's Atlas of the City of Palimpsest

This leatherbound book of maps and architectural diagrams was written by Professor Engelbert Crowley for North Town University Press. The maps in the book chart deep down into the underlayers of Palimpest, and indicate particularly boosts to summoner spells depending where in the city the summoner is located.   Professor Crowley, being well-versed in the intricate balance of academic research within the boundaries of what can and cannot be legally discussed, deliberately worded the book to not give too much information. The book implies the presence of the Survivor deities, if the reader knows what to look for, but doesn't ever go so far as to mention them outright. For example, it includes that the Bunbun Warren boosts summoning spells for thorny or chaotic good creatures, but never speaks of Brambleites or the Prince of Rabbits.   Crowley's care with his wordings has ensured that ownership of the book remains legal, although having the book could still prompt the authorities to watch the owner more closely.

Copperday, Tailormoon, 1313
Hugo Dargent and his companions, Connie Furr and Lindie Asklepa, found an abandoned copy in the Understacks of Elderton University Library. Although the copy they found was out of date, Connie figured it would be possible to use this version to extrapolate what the maps in the newer book might have shown the Lord Captain Emissary.
