City of Brass
The City of Brass, so called because of its colouration, is an interplanar harbour town on East Star. Situated on the Sea of Fire, the City of Brass is one of the comparitavely coldest parts of East Star, and thus one of the few parts that travellers from other planes can survive.
Architecturally, most of the buildings in the City of Brass are topped with impressive brass domes, since the main building materials that can withstand the heat of East Star are igneous rock, glass and metals that can be smelted.
Due to the geometric astronomical effects of where the stars are located, that cosmically attune magic and planar contact, the City of Brass is a weak point in the fabric of the planar boundaries. This means it is easier to get to the three other elemental planes and the material plane from the City of Brass than it is from anywhere else on East Star (and vice versa). As a result the City of Brass is now a trade and travel hub for East Star.
