Dame Viziera
When a Vizier dies or is otherwise removed from his position, the title of Vizier passes to the Subvizier. Since Viziera is the title held by the wife of a the current Vizier, the wife of the former Vizier is given the title Dame Viziera, provided she is still an active member of the Noble Court when receiving the title.
