Dream Tea

History

Dream Tea was introduced to the city of Palimpsest by the Honourable Company, who use it (alongside other drugs) to control the populace. One significant group targeted by the Company was the now-disbanded Monastic Order of the Garden, of which Whitecape was an acolyte.
