Curator Lineata Rosa was the younger brother of Sir Lionel Bloom-Rosa, who founded the Bloom Matriarchy alongside Roisin Bloom with the blessing of Bramble Matriarch Elma Hopper.
It is likely that the permission to start a new matriarchy was granted in part because in the event that the Brer-in-Training Schmetterling Rosa died before taking the position, it would be preferable for the studious Lineata to assume the Brership of the Rose rather than his more airheaded older brother.
As it happened, both Schmetterling and Lineata perished in the Apocalypse of the Final Shot, leaving four-year-old Hyle Rosa as the next Brer of the Rose.
