Winter Lounge

The Winter Lounge is a fancy music hall in the Rich Commoner District. One of the known haunts of Cody's Gang, it is one of the easiest places in the Rich Commoner District to purchase under-the-counter drugs. The Winter Lounge charges a nominal 2 gp per person entrace fee, purely to dissuade poor people from entering.

History

Needleday, Soldiermoon, 1313

While searching for Cody's Gang in all their usual hang out spots, Katib Hugo Dargent visited the Winter Lounge, charging the entrance fee to his father (i.e. paying out of his stipend). While he was there, he purchased Angel Dust (a shipment of which had arrived that morning), haggling for a significant discount on the usual price.
